RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Initiation and Deadline

To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the delivery date. Clawset jewelry allows 2 (TWO) returns per household per year to prevent abuse to our system. Customers ordering multiple items and choosing to return will only be allowed to return 2 of the items.

Return Shipping Deadline:

The returned item must be shipped via Courier company suggested by us and must be dropped off and scanned by the courier service no later than the 7th day after the delivery date. Return Period Starts on the Day the package is delivered

Restocking Fee:

If the returned item is not dropped off and scanned by the courier company by the end of the 7th day after the delivery date, a restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be applied.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items must be packaged in a safe and secure way to prevent damage or loss during shipment. Certificates not returned will have a 10,000 rupee replacement fee.

Custom Rings/Settings:

Please note that items with custom settings, or personalized features are considered unique and tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are subject to a 50% restocking fee in the event of a return. Once the CAD drawing is approved the customer agrees to the design of the setting. Any changes to the design post casting and setting will be additional charges.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers will receive a prepaid return label for their returns.

Refund Process:

If refund is approved by CROSS COAL , The refund amount will be credited to customers account in 15 business days to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Jewelry orders
  • Custom Cut Diamonds
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
  • Items purchased via discount code/ promo code/ coupon.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance. Exchange, replacement, and damaged products will be delivered within 15-28 working days.

International Returns:

We do accept returns on intentional orders however the shipped will de deducted from the refund (~75 USD). We also will not refund any duties paid that were paid upon delivery, and will not refund and duties for shipping the stone back to the country of origin.

Missed Deliveries & Return Policy Activation

If a customer is unavailable to receive their order and the package is returned to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS) after multiple delivery attempts, the return window will begin on the date of the final delivery attempt as recorded by the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure receipt within the carrier’s delivery timeframe.

Clawset jewelry reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy before making a purchase.
